Mr. Thiam is Managing Partner at A&A Finance and brings over 15 years of experience in finance. He advises public and private decision-makers on large-scale projects with tangible economic and social impact.

Passionate about sports, he is also a specialist consultant in sports management, leveraging his expertise to support the development of sport in Senegal and across Africa, in line with the highest ethical and professional standards.

Mr. Thiam holds a Professional Master’s degree in Public Finance from UCAD, a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Market Finance from ESG UQAM (Montreal), and a DESCAF from École Polytechnique de Dakar. A specialist in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) advisory, he brings a strong technical and managerial approach to assignments covering the full spectrum of financial issues, supporting clients over the long term.
