Boubacar Dembo Diatta is Director at A&A Project Delivery, with over 15 years of international experience across management and finance, with a focus on corporate banking and impact fund development in Africa.

Boubacar began his career at BICIS (BNP Paribas), before joining CBAO Attijari and BGFIBank in corporate banking, where he contributed to the structuring and coordination of multiple strategic financings for multinational clients across sectors. He then joined FONSIS, working on key projects such as the gas network, the SME fund, and the BRT, and supporting the structuring and operationalization of the Djibouti Sovereign Wealth Fund. He later joined A&A Strategy as Director, leading business development, problem-solving, negotiations, and project coordination, particularly through A&A Project Delivery.

Boubacar holds an Executive MBA from Paris Dauphine PSL, as well as Master’s degrees in Corporate Finance (IUP Finance, Nancy) and Political Science (IEP Toulouse). He is fluent in Wolof, French, and English.
