Aïda NIANG is Director at A&A Strategy, with over 12 years of international experience in strategy advisory, transformation, and performance improvement across Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.

Aïda began her career at Schlumberger before joining Arthur D. Little and later Boston Consulting Group. She has supported governments, national oil companies, and public sector stakeholders on their most critical strategic challenges, particularly in transformation, performance improvement, and local content. She has contributed to the development of national energy strategies, the design of operating models and performance management systems, as well as the delivery of Sénégal Vision 2050 and major sector strategies.

Her dual expertise in strategy and operations enables her to design pragmatic, impact-driven solutions tailored to complex and highly regulated environments.

Aïda holds an engineering degree from École Nationale des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM ParisTech) and an MBA from HEC Paris. She is fluent in Wolof, French, and English.
