Papa Cheikh DIACK is Director at A&A Strategy, with over 8 years of international experience in strategy advisory and financing across Europe and Africa.

Papa Cheikh began his career at EY in Paris in audit and financial advisory, where he advised multinational clients, including CAC 40 companies, in the energy and industrial sectors. He then joined A&A Strategy, working alongside Senegalese and African decision-makers on a broad range of issues, including public and parapublic sector transformation, business development, market entry, and positioning. He has also supported the structuring of financing projects across strategic sectors such as healthcare, digital, and extractive industries.

Papa Cheikh is a graduate engineer from École Nationale des Arts et Métiers (Paris). He also holds a specialization in Roads and Civil Engineering Structures from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (Paris). He is fluent in Wolof, French, and English.
